About the Product:
Each of us can, "in the strength of the Lord," accomplish many things which are beyond our natural abilities.
Nephi stated that he was not "mighty in writing, like unto speaking," and explained that "when a man speaketh by the power of the Holy Ghost the power of the Holy Ghost carrieth it unto the hearts of the children of men." (2 Nephi 33:1.)
Likewise, the prophet Moroni expressed concern to the Lord about his writings, fearing that the readers would "mock these things, because of our weakness in writing." He, too, acknowledged that the Lord "made us mighty in word . . . because of the Holy Ghost." (Ether 12:23.)
It was then that the Lord taught a powerful lesson, a lesson which applies to all who feel inadequate, unprepared, and unequal to a task: "And if men come unto me I will show unto them their weakness. I give unto men weakness that they may be humble; and my grace is sufficient for all men that humble themselves before me; for if they humble themselves before me, and have faith in me, then will I make weak things become strong unto them." (Ether 12:27.)
Author Carolyn Rasmus shares her conversion and life experiences pertaining to the importance of understanding that in the Lord’s strength, we can accomplish all things the Lord asks of us.
