About Product:

No man knew the personal and intimate life of the Prophet Joseph Smith better than Willard Richards. Joseph himself declared that fact in a letter to the wife of Willard Richards written in June of 1842 in which he said, 'I never had a greater intimacy with any man than with [your husband].'

Brother Richards was Joseph's personal secretary and he was also Church Historian. In addition he was with Joseph almost every minute of every day during the final weeks of the Prophet's life. And he was present in the jail at Carthage, Illinois when Joseph died.
