About Product

"Judge not, that ye be not judged" is often quoted from the New Testament (Matthew 7:1). But is it true? The correct translation is, "Judge not unrighteously, that ye be not judged; but judge righteous judgment." This book shows hundreds of inspired corrections in this fashion. Omissions and mistranslation of the King James Version of the Bible that made many scriptures difficult to understand have been restored and corrected, adding much clarity to gospel doctrine.

The Prophet Joseph Smith was called by God in our day to translate the Bible and restore many of the "plain and precious things which have been taken away" (1 Nephi 13:40). During the years of 1830 to 1833 the Prophet went through the entire Bible making inspired corrections, which clarify many of the teachings of Jesus Christ.

Even before the Prophet made corrections to the Bible, he was chosen by the Lord to translate other ancient writings into English. The record of God's dealings with the people of ancient America is known as the Book of Mormon. It includes the words that Christ spoke when He visited them after His Resurrection.

The scriptures are replete with exhortations to "hear" His teachings. This book greatly simplifies access to the words of Christ, as restored and corrected in the New Testament, as well as those spoken in ancient America. Using an easy reading, paragraph style, this work focuses on what Our Savior said. Now, one can "hear," without commentary, what Jesus Christ really taught while He was on earth.

Jesus is the Christ.
